Visiting these pages
When these pages are called up, the web server processes access data: IP address, date and time, the address called up, the volume of data transferred, a message on whether the retrieval succeeded, and the browser and operating system identification. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in the secure operation of the pages. The data are deleted after seven days at the latest, unless they are needed to investigate an attack.
Fonts and external services
The Archivo and IBM Plex Mono typefaces are delivered from our own server. No fonts, maps, videos or scripts are loaded from third parties. No cookies are set and no reach measurement is carried out.
Getting in touch
If you write to us or call us, we process the details you give in order to deal with your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures, otherwise (f). Enquiries with no contractual connection are deleted after two years at the latest; retention obligations under company law and tax law remain unaffected.
Recipients
Data are passed to third parties only to our hosting provider as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR, and where we are legally obliged to do so. No transfer to third countries takes place.
Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Please contact the address given above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Wien.
