What makes an enquiry quicker

We do not need a finished specification. These five details are enough for us to say something solid in the first conversation.

• What is to be tested — component, system or medium
• Which quantity has to be supplied: power, pressure, flow rate, temperature range
• Where the plant is to stand, and which media and connections are available there
• When it has to be in place
• Whether the CE marking is to come from us or you act as the manufacturer
