Development test bench for Magna

A fully automatic test bench that clamps an electronic component, tests it for leak tightness, brings it to temperature with water-glycol and then tests it electrically up to 450 A — leak test, conditioning and high-current test in one continuous sequence.

Sequence

What the test bench does

A fully automatic cycle from clamping to the electrical test.

  1. Clamp the component — electronic component, picked up and contacted fully automatically.
  2. Test leak tightness — leak test before conditioning.
  3. Condition — water-glycol as the medium, cooling and heating.
  4. Test the DC side — electrical test with up to 450 A.
  5. Actuate — more than 30 signals in parallel.
  6. Acquire — signals up to 50 kHz, simultaneous and galvanically isolated.
  7. Test insulation — in a special version up to 2 kV.
