Whoever builds the plant carries the responsibility for the evidence that someone else produces with it.

A wrongly calibrated sensor or a carelessly recorded measured value is not a blemish, it is an attack on the purpose of the whole plant. Quality here is not an additional service, it is the subject itself.

One name, one direct line

An anonymous contact form as the only way into the company would be the wrong message for a builder of test benches. There is one fixed address for every subject — from the first design question to the acceptance record.

Personally responsible for contact: enquiry, quotation, contract, project status and acceptance date all run through one contact person. Anyone who calls or writes reaches him directly — not a switchboard and not a ticket system.

The specialist work is distributed across the structure behind that: design, engineering design, software, manufacturing and commissioning. Outwardly, contact stays in one place, so that you do not have to explain the same plant three times.

What that means day to day, we say beforehand: commitments on dates and scope are made only once they are covered internally — and then they hold.
